Full Service Agreement Customers (FSA)
All of our FSA customers benefit from having priority service call scheduling that puts you ahead of our regular
customers. Calls received by 5:00 pm weekdays will be dispatched within two business days. Service requests
during nights or weekends are available at an additional rate.
Included in your FSA you will receive monthly preventative maintenance of your equipment with a check list
documenting any conditions that need to be addressed to keep your equipment functioning properly.
